  We will talk about volunteer opportunities and committees that need to be formed for continued community outreach. Please forward this to anyone you know that wants to get involved with the Coalition. We are always looking for new members.

  Northern Virginia Fall Prevention Coalition is hosting a “free” comprehensive fall risk screening event on Wednesday, Sept 18th - Senior Center at Leesburg
  102 North Street NW
  Leesburg, VA 20176
  Register in person at the senior center or call: 703-737-8039

  
  

  Participants will receive screening/consults from an Optometrist, Physical Therapist,  Pharmacist and Geriatric Specialist.  Each participant will receive an individualized Fall Risk Profile and Interaction Plan to reduce/prevent their risk for falls.

  Space is limited. Falls are not an inevitable part of aging,
